I have helped hundreds of people throughout my years of experience to adopt healthier behaviors, improve their relationship with their food, mind & body and use the right strategies to create sustainable habits!

Besides being a Dietitian, I have improved my skills by becoming a health coach to help people with behavior change. Changing behavior is about creating new habits, which is a challenge for many! I have been also trained in mindfulness practices, breathing techniques and intuitive/mindful eating!
